So I’ve been using ChatGPT for the past couple of years now, and I use it for a lot of small day to day things.

I meal prep all my meals weekly and ensure they’re macro and calorie counted. Only problem is, this week I misjudged the foods I had in the house as I’ve been too busy to get a food shop in.

I took a picture of everything in my kitchen and asked ChatGPT to conjure up some meals for me.

It gave me a wacky overnight broth and rice meal to just throw in the slow cooker, but since I had literally no other option I just went with it.

I made the sauce and it smelled like shit to be honest and I really had low hopes for the meal when it was done. But since I’m at the end of a very long cutting phase, I’m starving and will eat anything regardless. I did question some of the ingredient choices but it told me to double down and trust the process.

So I followed the recipe, threw it in the slow cooker overnight, and just tried my first meal… and holy fuck. It was absolutely amazing. Literally my new favourite meal prep meal, and super easy to make.

I’ve asked it to make recipes based on ingredients before and to be honest they weren’t amazing. So considering my random assortment of ingredients I had I expected much of the same. But man was I wrong!
