I’ve done it twice with ChatGPT both 4o and o3, as well as with DeepSeek R1. You only get out of it what you’re willing to put into it, which is why I suggest an hour or trying to write a full paragraph response to all 10 follow up questions.

I’ll also say, after several tests, DeepSeek R1 can be the much more critical “stuff you might not want to hear but probably should” perspective. It’s not nearly as polite as ChatGPT which for me felt much more effective, but both provided helpful words.
